Key Responsibilities
  • Safety Leadership
    • Lead all project safety, health, and environmental initiatives.
    • Serve as the primary EHS point of contact for the construction project.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific safety plans.
    • Promote a strong safety culture and accountability throughout the project.
  • Compliance Management
    • Ensure compliance with OSHA, local regulations, client requirements, and company policies.
    • Conduct routine safety inspections and audits.
    • Monitor subcontractor compliance with safety standards.
    • Maintain required permits and safety documentation.
  • Risk Assessment and Hazard Control
    • Identify workplace hazards and evaluate risks.
    • Develop Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
    • Implement controls for high-risk activities such as fall protection, confined space entry, lockout/tagout (LOTO), electrical safety, crane and rigging operations, and excavation and trenching.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 - $180,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
