The purpose of this position is to perform complex responsible sub-professional civil engineering work of considerable difficulty. Employee will utilize software to perform calculations and drafts for design work, including production of quantity summaries, roadway and utility plans, right-of-way maps, traffic control, lighting/signal plans.
