Responsibilities:
• Minimum of four years of experience in hands-on C# programming required.
• Minimum of four years of experience developing web based applications required.
• Minimum of four years of relational database experience required.
• Minimum of four years of object oriented programming experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience working with third party vendors preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and no- technical personnel both verbally and in writing.
• Strong understanding of C#, ASP.NET and the .NET framework through V3.5.
• Relational database knowledge including SQL Server and/or Oracle.
• Understanding of testing practices for both unit testing and overall system regression and functionality testing.
• Ability to interpret functional specifications to produce a component/module design.
• Ability to elicit requirements from end users.
• Understanding of general web based application development practices including HTML, client side scripting, AJAX, and web applications servers.
• Working knowledge of UML.
• Working knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project.
• Understanding of other development languages/platforms such as Java, JSP preferred.
• Stays abreast of changes in technology and in the healthcare industry.
• Strong customer service skills.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area required
