BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a dedicated, resourceful and detail-oriented Software Developer to join our development team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet user needs. You’ll collaborate closely with fellow developers, third-party contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, innovative features. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with sharp problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, committed to building efficient and reliable systems. This role will also occasionally assist with on-site IT support needs, coordinating with our third-party IT service provider to troubleshoot issues and help maintain uninterrupted business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills, tools, and technologies to support team and project growth.
