As a Private Equity backed FinTech company, we are looking to grow our best-in-class financial organization. We are at the beginning of the development of a new Cloud-Native platform that will drive the next wave of innovation in the industry and fuel OTR's growth. • Improve reliability, performance, and maintainability of existing systems
  • Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews; raise the bar for engineering quality on the team
  • Mentor mid-level and junior developers
  • Collaborate with product owners, operations leaders, and other engineers to prioritize work that delivers the most business value
  • Help evolve our development practices - CI/CD, observability, and tooling

What We Look For:

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET 6/8+, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework)
  • Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL Server preferred)
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Experience building internal or line-of-business applications with real users and real stakes
  • Strong communication skills - able to work directly with non-technical stakeholders and translate
    needs into software
  • Experience in fintech, logistics technology, or factoring is a plus
  • Cloud experience (Azure or AWS), message queues or event-driven architecture, CI/CD and automated testing, and third-party API integrations (payments, banking, credit data) are highly valued
Perks and Benefits:

OTR provides a competitive, comprehensive compensation package for our full-time employees:
