Position Overview Cole Engineering Services (CESI) is seeking a motivated and talented Software Engineer Intern to join our dynamic and innovative engineering team. Responsibilities * Collaborate with experienced engineers in an Agile development environment.
* Work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
* Build a portfolio of real-world contributions to automation, security, and system reliability. Required Experience/Qualifications * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
* Familiarity with the Java Programming Language.
* Understanding of fundamental computer science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
* Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
* Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to tackle complex challenges and create innovative solutions.
* Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
* Team-Oriented Mindset: A desire to work collaboratively and provide constructive feedback during code reviews and planning.
* Eagerness to Learn: A passion for software development and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
* Attention to Detail: The ability to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are well-structured.
