Software Developer in Test (SDET)
Location: Jersey City, NJ, Hybrid
INDUSTRY -Financial
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Angular.
  • Design, build, and support backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Create and consume REST APIs for application integration.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and development teams to deliver solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Support application performance tuning, security, and scalability initiatives.
  • Contribute to CI/CD and Agile development processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Angular (10+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful services.
  • Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with Git version control and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
