Job description

Genie Healthcare is seeking a travel Positron Emission Tomography Technologist for a travel job in Merced, California.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift: 10 hours, days
  • Employment Type: Travel

High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
NMTCB or ARRT (N), and a CNMT California License for Nuclear Medicine. Having these will allow them to do PETCT imaging in California. The Technologist does not need a CT license because the CT we perform is for attenuation correction only.
AHA BLS
As applicable, valid state driver’s license. 
1-2 years PET/PETCT imaging experience adequate training in Nuclear Medicine procedures and studies required.
Local travel may be required.

NMTCB or ARRT (N), and a CNMT California License for Nuclear Medicine. Having these will allow them to do PETCT imaging in California. The Technologist does not need a CT license because the CT we perform is for attenuation correction only.
