• Job Title: Senior Software Engineer
• Job Type: Contractor (approximately 15 hours per week)

• Design and develop Reinforcement Learning Environments that test AI models on complex software engineering challenges
• Create reproducible testing environments with comprehensive specifications and golden reference solutions
• Bug fixing and debugging complex software issues
• Feature implementation and development
• Codebase refactoring and optimization
• Performance optimization and scalability improvements
• Write clean, maintainable code that serves as a reference standard for AI model evaluation

Compensation is output‑based, with payment provided per completed task that meets project specifications. The time required to complete work may vary depending on your experience level and workflow efficiency.
