Job Overview
The Toolkitbased Software Developer will be responsible for the implementation configuration customization and maintenance of Majesco Insurance software products
The role involves working extensively with Majescos proprietary toolkit framework to configure platform components in alignment with defined business processes and application requirements
Senior Developers are expected to take ownership of lowlevel technical design provide guidance to junior team members and actively support the development lifecycle from design through deployment
Duties and Responsibilities
Design Development
Collaborate with product designers and solution architects to ensure that configurations and custom components meet functional scalability and performance objectives
Develop and maintain workflows in alignment with business process requirements
Define update and manage Object Models and data mappings within the Majesco platform
Write configure and maintain business rules using the Rules Engine
Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions using the toolkit framework
Configuration Testing Deployment
Configure build and test application components within the Majesco environment
Perform unit testing to validate functionality performance and adherence to quality standards
Support deployment activities across development testing and production environments
Participate in defect analysis troubleshooting and resolution activities
Database Data Management
Develop and execute database scripts to support application functionality
Perform data verification and validation to ensure accuracy consistency and integrity
Work with Oracle databases ensuring compliance with enterprise RDBMS standards
