Position Description
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be a key member of the engineering team, collaborating across the organization to design and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions to complex problems. You will drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, cloud-native architectures, platform capabilities, and AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining reliability, security, and operational excellence. In a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will plan, prioritize, and execute large-scale projects while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Position Responsibilities
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will:

  • Technical Leadership: Contribute to architectural decisions & establish engineering standards, and drive the successful delivery of complex, business-critical initiatives.
  • AI Application Development: Design, develop, and leverage AI-powered development tools and automation to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, automate testing, identify and remediate security vulnerabilities, and enhance engineering productivity.
  • Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, andmaintainscalable full-stack applications, including front-end features, backend services with .NET or Java frameworks, and efficient data management using SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Observability and Reliability: Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability, performance, and rapid incident resolution.
  • Cloud-Native Architecture: Design and optimize cloud-native solutions leveraging managed services, event-driven architectures, infrastructure automation, and scalable deployment patterns.
  • DevOps Practices:UtilizeCI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) to automate software delivery and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Developer Productivity: Drive improvements to engineering productivity through reusable platforms, automation, self-service tooling, and standardized development practices.
  • API and Microservices: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless communication between systems.
  • Lead and Mentor: Conduct design sessions, code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to elevate engineering quality and share best practices.
  • Documentation: Publish andmaintaindocumentation for design references, workflows, and runbooks.

Experience

  • Experience designing, architecting, and maintaining scalable distributed systems and full-stack applications.
  • Building scalable, accessible, and high-performance user experiences using React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript frameworks, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience building backend services using Java,ASP.NETCore, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, including working with structured and nested data formats such as JSON, XML, and YAML.
  • Experience designing and operating cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Experience deploying customer-facing solutions with monitoring, observability, fallback handling, latency considerations, and cost awareness.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools and practices for improving development velocity, code quality, automated testing, documentation and operational efficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • 4+ years of experience with backend technologies such as .NET, Java,ASP.NETCore, or Spring Boot.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, Redux, and Hooks.
  • Experience with Python, Go, TypeScript, PowerShell, or similar programming and scripting languages.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, and structured data formats such as JSON, XML, and YAML.
  • Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/work experience.


Annual Salary

$100,000.00 - $215,000.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
