Roles & Responsibilities:
Agile Software Development; SAP BTP; Digital : DevOps
10+ years of experience in delivery management, with preferred experience in SAP BTP and S/4HANA programs
Proven track record in leading end-to-end service delivery across development, implementation, and support engagements
Experience managing large, distributed teams across onshore, offshore, and nearshore models
Strong exposure to Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices
Own end-to-end delivery across SAP BTP engineering programs, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, quality, and SLA commitments
Drive planning, execution, and delivery across multiple projects, workstreams, and cross-functional teams
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure predictable outcomes
Oversee support operations including incident, problem, and change management to ensure service stability
Establish and run delivery governance through structured reviews, dashboards, and reporting
Track key delivery metrics including progress, productivity, quality, and SLA adherence
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and regulatory controls
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven performance management
Lead and manage teams across technical, functional, and support roles
