Job description

Founded in 1986, LUSK has built its reputation on personal service and commitment to quality. Our list of repeat clients is testimony to the fact that service, professionalism, and quality work are always in demand. The team is currently about 20 employees, but the company is prepared for rapid growth in 2024.
LUSK is seeking a senior estimator with 10-15 years of commercial construction estimating experience for projects including: multi-family, education, healthcare, corporate, religious, and historical renovation. The candidate will train under another estimator for a year, but should be comfortable being the lead estimator on staff. Candidates should be comfortable doing their own conceptual estimates from schematics designs and working with trade contractors to build more detailed estimates. Candidates are welcome to use any estimating software they prefer.
