If candidate has healthcare experience, only 2 years of implementation experience needed. If candidate does not have healthcare experience, minimum of 4 years needed.

Must have strong project management skills and be able to manage multiple projects/implementations at once

Needs a solid understanding of software implementation methodologies and best practices

Responsibilities

Client Onboarding: Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, understand their objectives, and define the scope of the implementation project. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and customize the product to meet their specific needs.

Solution Configuration: Configure our B2B SaaS software to align with client specifications, including system settings, workflows, and data integrations.

Project Management: Develop and execute detailed implementation plans, ensuring project milestones are met within agreed timelines. Coordinate activities across various teams, including sales, customer success, and technical support. Coordinate and lead project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring alignment on project goals.

Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products and the revenue cycle management domain. Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during implementation, providing expert guidance and solutions.

Training and Support: Provide training sessions to clients on how to use our software effectively, ensuring they understand the features and functionalities available to them. Offer ongoing support and guidance throughout the implementation phase.
