Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Reporting & Compliance Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Consumer Products clients in Tampa , FL.
Job Description/Responsibilities :
The Customer Service Reporting & Compliance Analyst supports the Customer Service Reporting & Compliance function by performing reporting, compliance monitoring, audit support, and data analysis activities. This position assists in maintaining internal controls, supporting SOX compliance activities, creating and maintaining new customers and sales representatives, and ensuring documentation is complete and current.
Maintain compliance documentation and electronic records supporting regulatory and internal control requirements.
Support SOX control execution by gathering evidence, maintaining control documentation, and ensuring records are audit ready.
Assist with internal and external audit requests by collecting documentation.
Support periodic compliance reviews.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of new customer and sales rep records.
Document and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and administrative processes.
Support testing and implementation of system enhancements related to reporting and compliance.
Partner with Customer Service leadership and business stakeholders to resolve compliance issues
Provide support during internal reviews.
Assist with training materials and communications related to compliance requirements, reporting standards, and control processes.
Required experience (skills and years): 1-3 years reporting, compliance, audit support, or customer service experience. Strong computer skills, exceptional organization skills and attention to detail, ability to interpret and apply regulations, policies, and procedures
Nice to have skills (but not required): Experience in DYNFO (Microsoft Dynamics) and SAP, Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
