As a Residential Plumber, you will utilize your plumbing expertise to diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service. This role also plays a key part in developing the next generation of plumbing professionals through the training and mentorship of Apprentice Plumbers. You will help strengthen and grow our plumbing division by providing technical guidance, conducting field training, performing inspections, and supporting quality workmanship across the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operate a company-provided service vehicle alongside an Apprentice Plumber to complete residential service calls.
  • Utilize ServiceTitan and a company-issued iPad to manage work orders, customer information, and job documentation.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by providing professional, high-quality service.
  • Work closely with HVAC and Electrical team members to provide complete home service solutions.
  • Serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert within the plumbing department.
  • Mentor, coach, and train Apprentice Plumbers through hands-on instruction and field experience.
  • Conduct ride-alongs, site evaluations, and quality inspections as needed.
  • Maintain a professional attitude while representing the company's mission, values, and standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with management and fellow team members to support departmental growth and success.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Current Texas Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber License.
  • Demonstrated and consistent employment history.
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential plumbing systems and service procedures.
  • Passion for training and developing less experienced plumbers.
  • Ability to contribute to the continued growth and leadership of the plumbing department.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
  • Experience using ServiceTitan software preferred.
  • Previous residential service plumbing experience required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
  • Ability to safely work around hazardous equipment, tools, and jobsite conditions.
  • Exposure to electrical components, sharp tools, and other workplace hazards.
  • Required use of personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and other safety gear.
  • Ability to work in noisy environments and under varying lighting conditions.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work on rooftops, and utilize scaffolding when necessary.
  • Comfortable working around dust, debris, and other contaminants.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, including crawl spaces and under-floor areas.

SCHEDULE:
  • Monday through Friday
  • Availability between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM, or until daily assignments are completed.
