What you'll do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define high-level designs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-quality code following established standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and effective problem-solving.
• Lead small engineering groups by providing guidance, documentation, and support to ensure timely delivery.
• Implement automation scripts to enhance continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Monitor application performance and conduct maintenance to ensure reliability and availability.
• Participate in requirement analysis, test case creation, and defect management to uphold software quality.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in software design, development, and delivery within Agile environments.
• Strong technical acumen with proficiency in object-oriented programming and coding standards.
• Expertise in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software issues.
• Ability to lead and mentor small engineering teams, including offshore associates.
• Skilled in API design, platform development, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
• Experience with telemetry implementation, security compliance, and performance monitoring.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze requirements, develop scalable solutions, and ensure on-time project delivery.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
