Experienced Title Insurance Closer : Responsible for all aspects of closing real estate transactions including: sending commitments, working up closing figures, dealing with lending professionals, working closely with real estate agents and clearing issues found on the commitment and of course face to face closings. Must be professional, a self starter, personally responsible and a goal driven person.
We use SoftPro as our processing software and you must be experienced with this.
A Missouri Title Producer License is a must.
