Description The Manufacturing Engineer will: Design and develop CNC workholding fixtures, tooling, soft jaws, nests, clamps, and related manufacturing equipment. Create and maintain 2D and 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation. Collaborate with manufacturing engineers, machinists, and machine operators to review concepts and optimize fixture designs. Support fixture testing, validation, and implementation on the production floor. Prepare and maintain setup sheets, tooling documentation, work instructions, and process flow information. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing cycle times, minimizing scrap, and improving operational efficiency. Conduct root cause investigations and assist with corrective actions related to manufacturing and quality issues. Support standardization efforts for tooling and fixture components. Assist with engineering change implementation and update manufacturing documentation as required. Work closely with quality and inspection teams to ensure manufacturing processes meet specification requirements. Promote safe working practices and support environmental, health, and safety initiatives throughout the facility.
