• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to identify mental health needs and substance use issues, ensuring that each individual is provided with a personalized treatment plan.
• Utilize established evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to facilitate positive change in clients’ lives.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in line with HIPAA and other confidentiality regulations, ensuring compliance and privacy when managing client information.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including medical staff and addiction specialists, to deliver coordinated care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families throughout the treatment process, empowering them with knowledge and resources essential for recovery.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and supervision meetings that focus on the latest best practices in social work and mental health.

You will primarily work with individuals facing substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and those impacted by trauma. Your expertise will be essential in creating safe, accepting environments, helping clients rebuild their lives and achieve their personal recovery goals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in the state of California, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Proficient in clinical assessment techniques and treatment planning with a strong therapeutic background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote work technology to provide seamless client engagement.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical or treatment setting, particularly focusing on substance use and mental health.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful treatment plans and interventions tailored to individual client needs.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while ensuring quality care.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, aligned with your experience and expertise.
