How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Adapting your interventions to fit your personal style, you will provide short-term counselling to a varied client base with diverse issues, through phone and video sessions;

  • You will efficiently manage administrative requirements using clinical templates and technology tools that simplify note-taking;

  • You will participate in team meetings and peer groups where open discussions are encouraged.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate is comfortable with a diverse client base and skilled in brief interventions. They are proactive, resourceful, and organized, valuing collaboration with colleagues.

  • You hold a master's or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field;

  • You are a registered member in good standing with the OPQ or OTSTCFQ (master's level required);

  • You have at least five years of clinical experience;

  • You can set short-term goals and use a solution-focused approach;

  • You are empathetic and able to manage crisis or high-risk situations;

  • You have strong time management skills and can manage a high volume of clients;

  • You have access to a confidential workspace;

  • Proficiency in French required, bilingualism is an asset.
