Job Description
  • Utilizing existing market research combined with personal experience to inform global expansion strategy
  • Developing and implementing an international guidelines playbook to drive global continuity across social media presences
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to create a recommendation for global B2B accounts/handles
  • Overseeing integration of social media into all major company-wide initiatives such as sponsored and owned events, advocacy initiatives, brand campaigns, product/service launches, and amplification of proprietary content
  • Developing a social media strategy to support our global B2B sales team
  • Working collaboratively across Brand, Advertising, PR, Legal and other teams to ensure all social tactics are approved.
  • Informing our global social media listening and measurement efforts.
  • Assisting with other initiatives across the team, as needed
Qualifications
  • Motivated, self-starter who thrives in fast paced environments
  • Min. 5 to 7 years of experience in Social Media (both in terms of community management and socially-based programming)
  • Experience working with global or international brands
  • Exceptional strategic and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion and achieve business outcomes
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships
  • Experience leveraging data and customer insights to drive decision making
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of Radian6 & Sprinklr a plus
