As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans with clear objectives and interventions designed to support client wellness.
• Collaborating effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and holistic care for your clients.
• Offering crisis intervention strategies, conducting risk assessments, and creating safety plans as necessary.
• Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to provide community and support among clients.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress to uphold ethical and legal standards while using electronic health record systems.

Your work will focus on a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and their families, dealing with a range of mental health issues. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in managing client documentation.

Along with the above qualifications, candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting will be given preference. A strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities is essential, as well as experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
