Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and secure remote therapy sessions with individuals and groups, utilizing our user-friendly telehealth platform to facilitate effective treatment.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients’ emotional, social, and mental health needs while developing tailored treatment plans that address these challenges.
• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention as required, ensuring clients' safety and well-being during all sessions.
• Assist clients in navigating community resources, social services, and support networks to enhance their overall mental health and well-being.
• Maintain precise electronic client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical standards to protect client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare providers, including therapists and medical professionals, to deliver holistic care that meets each client’s unique needs.
• Educate clients on coping strategies, effective communication, and self-care practices, empowering them to take charge of their mental health journey.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed of the latest research and best practices in clinical social work and teletherapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our center, you will primarily work with clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial challenges. Qualifications

• Possession of a current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state(s) where you will be providing services.

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing telehealth technologies and platforms to conduct therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Background in case management and resource coordination to further support client needs.
