• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to determine clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions that may include individual, family, and group therapy utilizing recognized evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Implement therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-focused Therapy tailored specifically for each client.
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and focused interventions, regularly reviewing and updating them as necessary.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and effective client care.
• Participate in treatment team meetings to develop and enhance client-centered treatment strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments as required, developing safety plans to ensure clients’ well-being.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all records reflect the highest quality of care.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups that promote peer learning and community engagement.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

The salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus additional performance-based bonuses.
