• Serve as a primary advocate for clients, assisting them in navigating community resources, social services, and support networks that enhance overall well-being.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during critical situations, ensuring client safety and stability.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, documentation of progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Educate clients on effective coping strategies, communication skills, and self-care techniques to foster their independence and resilience in managing mental health challenges.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our outpatient setting, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma histories, and other mental health conditions. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, reflecting the rich cultural tapestry of Eugene and its surrounding areas. Your role is crucial in providing tailored support that respects and acknowledges each client's unique experiences and needs.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in clinical social work, particularly in outpatient mental health settings.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Prior experience in outpatient mental health environments is highly preferred.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide:
