Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs through interviews, surveys, and clinical tools.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions based on evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, ensuring the best therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored service plans that align with their goals and provide ongoing support throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Advocate for clients' rights, helping them gain access to needed resources such as housing, healthcare, and community support services.
• Engage in the development and evaluation of program initiatives aimed at addressing community needs and improving service delivery.
• Foster partnerships with local organizations and government agencies to enhance service offerings and facilitate cross-referrals for comprehensive client support.
• Actively contribute to grant reporting, documenting outcomes and program effectiveness to support our funding efforts.
• Participate in regular team meetings, training, and community outreach initiatives to uphold our mission and values.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
