Dance Studio Sales Rep (Part-Time, On-Site)
We're looking for a confident, people-loving Sales Rep who knows how to close the sale, build real relationships, and help grow a buzzing, connected community-both in-studio and online. This role blends high-energy connection with focused, intentional sales execution and strong attention to detail. You'll be the driving force behind our sales pipeline.
What You'll Do
Drive sales through proactive outbound outreach, lead nurturing, consistent follow-ups, and confident closing, while delivering a standout client experience that guides prospects from first touch to committed member.
  • Host and support evening dance classes Monday-Friday, closing sales during and after classes.
  • Actively engage in social media mining during class by inviting followers, viewers, and online leads to attend upcoming classes or programs.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize sales performance and pipeline activity daily.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales scripts, systems, and client experience processes.
