Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Google Business Profile, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Monitor social channels for trends, customer interactions, and community conversations while responding to comments and messages in a professional, timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar to support consistent messaging and campaign execution across all social platforms.
  • Craft platform-specific copy, including captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action, that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing goals.
  • Design eye-catching digital content such as graphics, short-form videos, and infographics that align with established brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to gather content, coordinate campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all social media communications.
  • Measure and analyze key social media metrics, including audience growth, engagement, reach, impressions, website traffic, and lead generation, to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Compile and present recurring reports highlighting campaign performance, audience trends, and actionable insights.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date business information, branding, and platform features across all social media accounts to ensure a consistent online presence.

Qualifications
  • Current student pursuing a Marketing, Communications, or related field degree
  • Ability to travel between Oak Lawn and Plainfield locations as needed
  • Familiar with Social Media platforms and tools (Hootsuite, MetaBusiness Suite, Promoboxx, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising
  • Creative mindset and ability to adapt to changing trends
  • Organized with attention to detail and ability to solve problems
  • Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver's license
  • Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
