This role is responsible for handling trailer and service quotes, pricing and estimating, order entry, parts support, warranty coordination, CRM management, and coordinate marketing initiatives such as product photos, social media content, and field sales calls. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and eager to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Job Title: Marketing, Media & Customer Support SpecialistJob Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing, Media & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a dual-role position that combines marketing, media, and customer support functions.This role requires someone who is both hands-on with content creation and comfortable engaging directly with customers. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, technical know-how, and the ability to manage a wide range of projects from concept to execution.Success in this position requires a high level of ownership, self-motivation, and initiative, with the ability to balance priorities across both marketing and customer-facing responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesMedia & Content CreationCapture and edit high-quality photography and video content (including drone footage – FAA certification required or willingness to obtain).Manage and grow the company's social media presence through engaging, on-brand content.Write, edit, and design content for advertising, newsletters, blogs, product literature, and other marketing materials.Write and edit product manuals, specifications, and customer communications.Create compelling graphic design for digital and print campaigns.Marketing & EventsCoordinate trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences (planning, logistics, and on-site support).Develop and execute advertising strategies across digital, print, and online platforms (including but not limited to search engines and social media advertising management).Manage website updates, SEO/SEM efforts, and digital campaign performance tracking.Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all channels.Customer Experience & Sales SupportProvide excellent customer service by handling service inquiries, and processing orders entry, and quotes.Collaborate with the sales team to support customer relationships and follow-up.Act as a key liaison between customers and internal departments, including inside sales and customer service, to ensure timely communication.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.Strong photography, videography, and editing skills; experience with drones a plus.Excellent writing and communication skills, including technical writing ability.Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).Experience creating product literature, catalogs, and other marketing collateral.Knowledge of website management, SEO/SEM best practices, and Google Ads.Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.Event planning and coordination experience.Customer service and/or inside sales experience preferred.Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects.Skills & AttributesCreative eye with strong attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills and customer-first mindset.Comfortable working independently as well as in a team.Ability to balance both marketing creativity and customer service responsiveness.Physical Demands:Extended periods of sitting.Ability to routinely lift 20 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.Work Environment:Work is performed both indoors and outdoors.Occasional travel.
