Crossing is a fast-growing collectibles and entertainment company specializing in trading cards, blind boxes, anime collectibles, and livestream shopping experiences. We connect collectors and fans with sought-after products through engaging content, live events, and online communities.

We are looking for a creative, social media-savvy Content Creator to help grow our brands across TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, enjoys creating short-form content, and has a passion for collectibles, trading cards, designer toys, or fandom communities.

What You'll Do:

Content Creation & Video Production

  • Create, film, edit, and publish engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
  • Produce content for multiple brands, such as Kayou and Popmart
  • Capture product highlights, unboxings, rare pulls, blind box openings, behind-the-scenes moments, event coverage, and creator-focused content.
  • Stay current on social media trends, sounds, formats, and viral content opportunities.

Social Media Management

  • Assist with content planning and scheduling across social media channels.
  • Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and audience growth.
  • Support social media campaigns, product launches, promotions, and community initiatives.

Community Engagement

  • Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community interactions.
  • Foster an authentic and welcoming environment for collectors, hobbyists, and fans.

Event & On-Site Content Coverage

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other social platforms.
  • Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Ability to independently film, edit, and publish content from concept to completion.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort being around creators, talent, and livestream hosts.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
