JOB TITLE: Social Media and Digital Marketing Intern


ABOUT US: The Diamond Journeys offers boutique, curated travel experiences for all types of travelers exclusively exploring the beautiful region of Le Marche, Italy. Founded by C.C. Karpinski, the brand provides meaningful, immersive travel experiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven intern to help build our digital community from the ground up.


ROLE OVERVIEW: This is a flexible, remote internship designed for a student or aspiring marketer looking for hands-on experience launching a travel brand. You will create travel marketing, lead creative content projects, and drive initial community growth.


WHAT YOU WILL LEARN & DO:  

  • Content Creation: Brainstorm, script, and design engaging visuals and short-term videos (Reels/Tik Tok) showcasing the culture and beauty of Marche.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in building content calendars, writing compelling captions, and scheduling multi-platform campaigns.
  • Community Engagement: Proactively engage with travel enthusiasts online to build brand awareness, foster audience loyalty, and drive organic reach.
  • Launch Strategy: Gain real-world experience planning and executing creative marketing tactics for a brand launch.
