As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions with clients, delivering evidence-based practices tailored to their individual needs.
• Maintaining an organized caseload and effectively managing your schedule, with the flexibility to work as few as 5 hours or as many as 40 hours per week.
• Utilizing our platform to document minimal necessary paperwork, allowing you to focus on client care and therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborating with the support staff to optimize treatment plans and ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
• Participating in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skill set and stay current with best practices in the mental health field.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client demographic, primarily comprising school-aged children and adolescents. All clients are pre-screened to ensure they are stable and low acuity, allowing for effective therapeutic interventions. You will have the autonomy to select the demographics that align with your expertise, facilitating meaningful connections that enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland.
• Demonstrated independence, creativity, and flexibility in a remote work setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure professional interactions with clients, their families, and administrative personnel.
• Experience managing your own caseload efficiently.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be considered advantageous:

• Dual or multi-state licensure, providing greater flexibility in service delivery.
• Previous experience in school-based counseling or teletherapy settings.
• Familiarity with therapy tools and resources that enhance client engagement and treatment outcomes.
