Our community is built on authenticity, and our retail spaces are designed to be safe havens for our customers to unplug and find their comfort zone.
The Role
Comfrt is looking for an 100% awesome, capable, and experienced Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to help lead our first Retail location at the Mall of America. As the ASM, you are the Store Manager's right-hand partner in driving the store's success. You will oversee the training, development, and performance management of the team while ensuring our viral people-first online energy is felt by every guest who walks through our doors.

You are a culture-builder, a logistics expert, and a content creator who is comfortable leaning into social media and in-store activations to drive community engagement.
