• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility for patients from various backgrounds.
• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Employ multiple evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, to foster effective healing and resilience in clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and case management, assisting clients in navigating urgent situations and connecting them with essential community resources.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
• Engage actively in clinical meetings and case reviews, contributing to the development of best practices and professional growth.
• Stay abreast of evolving state licensing regulations and best practices in clinical social work to maintain high-quality service delivery.

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with mental health issues, stressors related to financial and environmental difficulties, and those seeking support for family dynamics. This position requires sensitivity to varied backgrounds and experiences, ensuring that all clients receive culturally competent and personalized care.

• Current and active LCSW license in the state of California.
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is required.
• Proficiency in the use of evidence-based treatment modalities, demonstrating expertise in methods such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-specific therapies.
• Exceptional communication, assessment, and counseling skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients in a virtual environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation standards.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
