Job description

Role : SaaS Operations & Governance Program Manager

Loation : Parsippany NJ (locals preferred)

Duration : Long Term 

Strong experience coordinating SaaS operations, governance, or program delivery Advanced experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint)

Experience with Agile/SAFe frameworks and backlog management Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills

Nice To Have

Experience with audit/compliance (SOX, SOC, control frameworks) Experience supporting vendor-managed SaaS platforms (e.g. HRIS, payroll) Experience building dashboards and metrics frameworks

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage application specific change requests, release coordination, and maintenance tracking

  • Own Azure DevOps (ADO) Lean Agile methodology, structure, and backlog management (creating/managing epics, features, user stories, tasks, and bugs - monitoring and updating all team documentation accordingly)

  • Translate ad hoc communication, meetings, and operational updates into structured tracking and reporting

  • Facilitate daily standups, cross-functional syncs, and program-level reporting

  • Maintain governance documentation, operational procedures, and audit artifacts

  • Manage SOX controls, internal and external application-level audit tracking, and evidence readiness

  • Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting

  • Drive process improvement and operational standardization initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience coordinating SaaS operations, governance, or program delivery

  • Advanced experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Experience with Agile/SAFe frameworks and backlog management

  • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications
