JobSummary: Brockton Home Health Care is currently looking for a Home Health Care Marketer to focuses on buildingrelationships with referral sources, like hospitals and physicians, assisted living facilities, group homes, and community events to generate new clientsfor the agency. The role involves developing and executing marketingstrategies, conducting market analysis, and supporting business developmentinitiatives to increase referrals and client base.
Required Skills:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. At least two years of recent salesexperience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home healthcare.
• Formal sales training.
• Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
• Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
• Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills are critical.
• The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be ableto network in the community readily proven ability to develop and implement asales and marketing plan.
• Strong communication skills: Both verbal and written, to effectivelycommunicate with healthcareprofessionals.
Responsibilities:
• Building Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, long-termcare, independent hospitals, health centers, clinics, assistedliving facilities, group homes, sober houses, and other referral sources.
• Marketing and Outreach: Attend networkingevents, participate in community outreach activities, and conduct in-personvisits to promote the agency's services.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends,competitor activities, and industry developments to inform marketingstrategies.
• Sales and Presentations: Conduct informativeand persuasive sales presentations to potential clients and referral sources.
• Business Development: Support businessdevelopment initiatives, including developing new referral partnerships andexpanding market presence.
• Communication and Collaboration: Effectivelycommunicate with healthcare professionals and other team members to ensuresmooth client onboarding and service coordination.
• Tracking and Reporting: Track marketingactivities, monitor their effectiveness, and report on progress toward goals.
• Compliance: Adhere to the agency's policies andprocedures, as well as relevant regulations
This position is a base pay plus commissions.
