If you're a hands-on retail leader who thrives on driving sales and creating moments customers remember, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner directly with the Store Manager to keep operations running smoothly while making sure every customer walks out feeling like they experienced something, not just bought something.

  • Assist daily operations - opening, closing, and cash management
  • Assist in coaching, motivating, and developing your team to hit individual and store sales goals
  • Help onboard and train new associates
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards that bring the Naples Soap Company brand to life
  • Keep the store compliant with company policy, operations, and loss prevention standards
  • Build a positive, accountable, team-first culture
  • Step confidently into the Store Manager role when needed

Requirements

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Key Holder, or similar)
  • A proven track record coaching and motivating a team to hit sales goals
  • Natural relationship-building and customer service instincts
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, customer-first environment
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours or more
  • Availability - evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
  • Must pass a background screening

Bonus points if you have experience in specialty retail, beauty, skincare, wellness, boutique, or luxury retail.

Why Naples Soap Company?
  • $20.00-$21.00/hour (based on experience) + commission
  • Employee product discounts
  • Paid Time Off
  • Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, plus 401(k) for eligible employees
  • A supportive, team-oriented culture built on real professional development
Schedule Expectations
  • Evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
  • Opening and closing shifts
  • Additional hours during high-volume business needs
Join Our Team

If you're ready to grow your retail leadership career with a company that values integrity, teamwork, accountability, and exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
