PBGH is seeking a part time Merchandise Coordinator (21 hours a week) based in the San Gabriel Valley of Southern CA (stores include the Macy?s at Downey, West Covina, Montebello and Santa Anita in addition to various Kohl?s throughout the area. The Merchandise Coordinator will be responsible for servicing the following Jewelry Group brands: Givenchy, Marchesa, Lauren, DKNY, Karl Lagerfeld, Anne Klein, Lonna & Lilly, Napier, Simply Vera and Nine West. The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ensure that all brands are merchandised and presented properly by classification, key trends, and lifestyle
  • Organize stock by color, style, and price
  • Ensure that all promotional and markdown events are executed correctly at store level
  • Develop strong relationships in stores with associates and all levels of management
  • Communicate trends, product knowledge, and selling information to the stores
  • Prioritize developing partnerships with store management in order to negotiate prime locations, additional capacity, and communicate stock call outs
  • Report issues and concerns with Regional Manager
  • Complete store recaps, time sheets, and expense reports
