Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 per year (DOE)
Experience Required: 3+ year in commercial estimating, project management, or facilities maintenance

About the Estimator/Project Manager Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong estimating and project management experience in the commercial construction or facilities maintenance industry.
Estimator/Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform bid services and prepare cost estimates for commercial clients.
  • Conduct site visits, assessments, and bid document reviews.
  • Manage the proposal process from start to finish.
  • Review Zoho or designated database for new bid requests.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate labor, materials, and subcontractor services needed for repairs or improvements.
  • Prepare fair and accurate cost analyses and pricing proposals.

Estimator/Project Manager Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong background in commercial construction estimating 3 plus years.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
