River Valley Power Sport and Marine is hiring a Powersports Sales Representative in Rochester, MN. We are looking for motivated, relationship-driven sales professionals with backgrounds in automotive sales, RV sales, equipment sales, marine sales, furniture sales, or other high-ticket commission sales environments who want to bring their sales experience into the powersports industry.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Sell new and pre-owned ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, PWCs, and other powersports vehicles
    Guide customers through a professional, consultative buying experience
    Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
    Follow up with leads, previous customers, and sales opportunities
    Learn and present product features, benefits, and comparisons across multiple brands
    Utilize dealership CRM and sales tools including LightspeedEVO, Kenect, SharePoint, and BambooHR
    Prospect and generate new sales opportunities
    Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions

What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales experience preferred
    Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
    Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
    Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
    Ability to learn product knowledge and present technical information confidently
    Experience with CRM systems or sales software is a plus
    Valid driver's license required

Powersports experience is helpful, but successful sales experience, strong work ethic, and a drive to succeed are most important.

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
    Saturdays: 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. with a weekday off
