Job Title: Snowflake Developer
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Access Requirement: U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders Only
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Developer with strong SQL development skills and hands-on experience working in Snowflake cloud data environments. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, metadata management, and Snowflake-native features - along with the ability to guide cross-functional teams both technically and functionally.
This role requires excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership capability, as well as the ability to work closely with technology leads across multiple tracks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain SQL-based solutions within Snowflake cloud environments
  • Apply data warehousing principles, metadata management, and data modeling best practices
  • Work with data lakes, multi-dimensional models, and data dictionaries
  • Leverage Snowflake features such as Time Travel and Zero-Copy Cloning
  • Perform query tuning and cost optimization in a cloud data platform
  • Support Snowflake warehousing, architecture, and pipeline processing (including dbt)
  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL and Snowflake-based solutions
  • Apply software design patterns for scalable solution development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical leads across solution tracks
  • Provide technical and functional guidance to team members
  • Contribute to team culture as a strong collaborator and problem solver
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Hands-on Snowflake development experience (required)
  • Proficiency in SQL development
