Position Overview

 

Love the mountains and enjoy helping people? Join the Guest Services team at Mt. Hood Meadows as a Night Guest Services Team Member and help create memorable experiences for guests during evening and overnight resort operations.

As a Night Guest Services Team Member, you'll be a welcoming and helpful resource for our guests, providing accurate information, processing resort products, and supporting a variety of Guest Services operations. You'll assist with lift tickets, passes, lessons, rentals, and other resort offerings while helping guests navigate their experience at Mt. Hood Meadows. Working during evening hours, you'll play an important role in supporting our guests and team as the resort transitions through nighttime operations.

This is a dynamic, guest-facing position that combines customer service, communication, technology, and problem-solving in a unique mountain environment. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in an active workplace, and are looking for a role that offers a different perspective on the resort experience, we'd love to speak with you about joining the Mt. Hood Meadows team.

This is a full-time, seasonal position

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • Comfortable communicating and working with in-person guests 
  • Comfortable using computers and other technology including point-of-sale systems 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Minimum Age 16 
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays 
  • Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business 

 

Preferred Qualifications & Experience 

  • Previous guest service experience 
  • Prior experience operating a point-of-sale 

Compensation:

  • Starting Wage: $ 18.54 - $21.93 hourly
