Job description

We are looking to hire experienced AND efficient plow truck operators for this seasons snow and ice management.

You will be responsible for snow removal, light shovel work, and salting.

Please send a detailed resume with work and equipment experience as well contact info if you qualify.


Pay is starting at $22 per hour based on experience AND most importantly efficiency with a quality of work that does not get us complaints and call backs.

Pay is based on operators ability to run different plows, efficiency, punctuality, and working when the weather dictates until the event is finished.

Full time and part time available.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid Indiana driver's license (CDL not required);
  • 3 years of experience as a licensed driver required;
  • Safe driving record (driving records will be checked);
  • Basic vehicle knowledge;
  • Plowing experience preferred, but not required.

  • Self-determined schedule
