Locally-owned Thomas Lawn & Landscape is a service-oriented company based in Indianapolis, providing complete landscape services in Boone, Hamilton, and Marion counties. We service both residential & commercial properties, specializing in residential properties. We strive to continually learn and have fun as we work year-round installing and maintaining hardscapes and plantings, landscape lighting and irrigation systems, as well as the seasonal tasks of mowing, fertilizing, mulching, leaf removal, snow removal, tree trimming, and more. LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, verifiable experience in various landscaping techniques, and be able to lead by example with a positive attitude. HARDSCAPE CREW LEADER applicants must have verifiable experience in building patios, retaining walls, and other hardscape features.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely and properly operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment, trucks, and trailers
  • Train, supervise, and motivate 2-5 crew members
  • Effectively resolve job site issues as needed
  • Be efficient in time management
  • Accurately fill out daily paperwork
  • Represent our company in a courteous and professional manner

Other Details:

  • Some Saturday hours are required
  • Work is outdoors in all weather conditions
  • No winter lay-offs – all crews assist with snow removal and other tasks in winter
  • Must be physically able to perform a variety of tasks
