POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for completing the training process for teaching children and/or adults how to ski and/or snowboard, while providing support to all Ski and Ride School departments in order to create a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
This position is located at Snow Valley Resort in Running Springs.
Starting wage between $19.00/hr. - $20.88/hr. depending on experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Must be an effective communicator who acts as an ambassador of service for the Company internally to staff and externally to guests with respect and maturity
  • Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and guest policies
  • Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
