The Campstore Associate is a brand ambassador and essential frontline representative for Snow Peak, creating excellent experiences for Campfield guests visiting our Campstore. Reporting to the Campstore Lead, this position supports day-to-day operations of the Campstore and café.
Classification
  • FLSA: Non-exempt
  • Status: Part Time
  • Compensation: $19 - $20/hr
  • Reports To: Campstore Manager
  • Schedule: 16-24 hours per week. Required availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays

Essential Duties
Campstore Operations
  • Support all operations and functions at the Campstore including, food prep, food service, retail support, restocking, and cleaning.
  • Respond to guest questions and escalate issues to lead or manager as needed.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately in alignment with POS procedures.
  • Support sales and merchandizing of gear, apparel, supplies, food & beverage at the Campstore.
  • Educate customers on brand history, products, offers, promotions, and events.
  • Increase sales and rentals by connecting with customers, asking open-ended questions to make relevant suggestions.
  • Execute all operational processes effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure that all health, safety, and security rules are followed.
  • Contribute to a positive working environment by being approachable, respectful, responsible, and team oriented.

    • 1 year working in a retail or hospitality environment
    • Food Worker Card
