We are now recruiting for a reliable and diligent Interior Maintenance Team Member to join our team to ensure our guests receive the highest quality facilities, accommodations, and amenities at our resorts.

As an Interior Maintenance Team Worker, you will:

  • Perform maintenance and related tasks in units and general buildings.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting jobs, doing the repairs necessary or relating what needs to be done to your manager on a timely basis.
  • Follow up to other departments on the status of the repairs and completing the necessary paperwork.
  • Must work in a clean professional manner.
  • Interior maintenance needs as assigned
  • Preventative maintenance HVAC
  • Plumbing needs as assigned
  • Pool - testing, and treatment of systems
  • Painting needs as assigned
  • Trouble shooting maintenance problems to determine necessary repairs
  • General labor - snow shoveling, moving furnishings, building supplies, etc.
  • Travel between buildings on and off property as necessary
  • Basic carpentry and other building related skills.
  • Other tasks as assigned

What We Expect from You:

  • Must have Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to follow instructions from supervisor or senior maintenance workers
  • Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50-pound loads
  • Basic Construction/Building Skills.
  • HVAC knowledge
  • Mechanical Aptitude
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be available weekdays and weekends (at least one weekend day)
