Job description

Job Title: Technical Consultant (Nuvolo) Duration: 6 Months of contract (Remote) Pay Range: $67/hr - $70/hr Day to Day Responsibilities: The TC role is a mixture between a SNow Architect, SNow Developer, and a client-facing Consultant. They will be responsible for engaging 3-4 customers on average simultaneously and owning the accounts, the relationships, and the ServiceNow implementation(s)/integration(s) from beginning to end. Although they are only working with 3-4 customers at once, their average customer engagement will last 3-5 years.

On the customer facing side, they will be responsible for meeting with their customers, understanding their current state, desired end state with regards to SNow, working with the architect to design a solution, working with the offshore development team to develop the solution, and advising their customers throughout the integration/implementation process.
