Job description

Join our team as an Office Administrator! This role supports daily office operations, accounting, customer service, HR, safety, and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
  • Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections
  • Enter and maintain data using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  • Manage office records, files, supplies, and inventory
  • Assist with new hire paperwork, HR administration, and safety programs
  • Coordinate work orders, service requests, and customer follow-up
  • Support purchasing, operations, and general office activities

Qualifications:
